Pediatric Physical Therapist (PEDS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate children's motor skills, movement patterns, and physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Create therapy programs aimed at improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence in home, school, or community settings.
- Collaborate with families to educate them on exercises and strategies that support continued progress outside therapy sessions.
- Adjust treatment plans based on the child's progress toward developmental milestones or therapeutic goals.
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes for each patient.
Work Environment:
- Pediatric physical therapists work in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, or patients' homes.
