Are you an organized, proactive veterinary technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital, is looking for a Surgical Service Coordinator to be the go-to point of contact for our Surgery and Neurology departments. In this key role, you'll help keep our teams on track, ensure smooth workflow, and support exceptional patient care.

Schedule: TuesdayFriday, 9 AM6 PM

Compensation: $27$35/hour

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate all procedures and add-ons for Surgery and Neurology, keeping the day running smoothly
• Monitor treatment queues and check off completed tasks
• Assign and delegate cases to maintain efficient workflow
• Assist with patient treatments in both Surgery and Neurology
• Ensure top-quality patient care through digital treatment sheets
• Keep the team productive during downtime by proactively assigning tasks
• Wrap up end-of-day responsibilities efficiently
• Communicate with leadership if extra support is needed
