Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Deep Foundations Division in New Jersey. This role is critical in managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for deep foundation projects, including pile driving, drilled shafts, and ground improvement.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage site crews, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in deep foundation construction.
• Strong knowledge of deep foundation techniques and equipment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA certification and a strong commitment to safety.
