Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr
Location: Remote (must reside within 50 miles of the office in Columbus, OH, Tulsa, OK, or Roanoke, VA)
Pay Range: $46hr
Duration : 12mo contract to hire
Candidates : Only US Citizens or GC Holders
What's the Job?

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments to recommend candidates for hire.
Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
Manage the internal transfer process and ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions.
Three years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
Valid driver's license.
Strong business acumen and consulting/coaching competencies.
