Recruiter - Full Cycle

Recruiter Opening! Fully Onsite in Columbus, OH
ATS System Workday is required 
Must have full cycle experience
$26-28/hr 
Contract to Hire
Prior banking industry experience is a must  
Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri 
 

Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding prep - no terminations)
Partner closely with hiring managers and a small internal recruiting team
Will speak with Candidates for screening/interview purposes 

Full-Cycle Recruiting Details:
Includes reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and posting jobs. Sourcing is minimal - Once they see candidates have applied, they scan the resume and schedule interview if interested.

35-40 open reqs for lower level roles 
Higher-level positions: ~20 reqs

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
