Part-Time Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)
This role supports the recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles, including production, operations, maintenance, and logistics. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. This position is a 90-day contract assignment that is 100% onsite in Tipp City, OH. Pay will range between $19, and $22/hr. and this position will average around 30 hours per week.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in manufacturing environments
- Experience recruiting for hourly and skilled trade positions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
