Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets

Responsible to perform financial analysis on commercial investment sale transactions. The position will also support brokers in the representation of our clients in the creation, packaging and marketing of investment properties.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced Argus skills (workplace experience) and ability to build cash flow models is a requirement.
• Outstanding communication and writing skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• Willingness to work in a goal-oriented, demanding, focused, collaborative, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with coursework in accounting, finance, economics and/or real estate, with strong academic credentials. MBA is a plus.
• 2-5+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably with a firm engaged in brokerage, investing, banking, consulting, appraisal, or business development.
• Advanced Argus skills (workplace experience) and ability to build cash flow models is a requirement.

• Dallas location - in-office 5 days/week.
