Epic Compass Rose Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Compass Rose Analyst to support strategic initiatives across Population Health and Community Health departments. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a hybrid environment of Epic optimization and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive Compass Rose enhancements and support new project implementations unrelated to Epic integration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
• Leading Compass Rose optimization efforts, including net-new builds and enhancements for active users.
• Supporting the launch and management of non-Epic platforms, such as volunteer management and data analysis tools.
• Engaging biweekly with two primary stakeholder groups: A Director reporting to the VP of Population Health and A VP within the Community Health Network.
• Balancing Epic-related work (50%) with broader project management and stakeholder coordination (50%).
• Maintaining clear communication and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
