Loan Associate Analyst

As a Loan Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions:

• Document processing
• Payment calculations
• Security redemptions
• Transmitting/approving money movements
• Reviewing account activity
• Remittance reconciliation
• Monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements

You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.

What You Will Need:

• 1+ years of experience in banking or financial services
• Highschool Diploma/GED minimum education
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of program participants
• Strong analytical and quality control skills
• High attention to detail
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint (experience with the Mail Merge feature in Word is an added benefit)
• Ability to work in-office full time
• US Citizenship

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelors degree is highly preferred
• Eager to apply strong organizational and communication skills in a professional office setting
• Knowledge of SBA Form 1502 and Form 1086 is a plus
