About the Role

We are in search of a dedicated Senior Digital Project Manager with over 8 years of experience to excel in a high-energy, digital production environment for our global client based in Plainsboro, NJ. The right candidate will possess rich experience in managing offshore teams, particularly those based in India, along with a robust understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, email builds, banner ads, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Previous work experience in healthcare or an advertising agency is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary contact for all digital production needs for the client.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Brand Managers and Omnichannel Leads to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage client expectations.
• Create and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Facilitate efficient virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders.

• Offshore Team Coordination
• Supervise a dedicated offshore team in Bangalore, India .
• Effectively communicate project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Address challenges and escalate potential risks as required.
• Onboard new team members and agency partners on offshore capabilities and workflows.

• Project Execution
• Manage the production of modular content, email marketing assets, and banner ads.
• Ensure best practices in multichannel execution and marketing automation are consistently met.
• Leverage content management and digital asset management tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Utilize Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira, MS Project, and/or Workfront for effective project tracking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital project management and client service.
• Demonstrated experience managing offshore teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, email marketing, and digital asset production.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a notable plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
