You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in managing R&D projects or leading engineering teams
• Experience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications
• Experience in monitoring project performance, analyzing outcomes, and implementing improvements
• Experience using risk tracking tools
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
• Experience with engineering software such as Creo, ANSYS, or MATLAB
• Experience working in government, defense, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of procurement or acquisition lifecycle processes
• Ability to lead team meetings, facilitate decision-making, and present project updates to senior leadership
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tailoring messaging to various audiences

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
