Job Title : Securities & Capital Markets Attorney (Mid-Level and Senior Level)
Location : Memphis, TN
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Securities & Capital Markets Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position is open to mid-level and senior-level attorneys with experience advising clients in securities and capital markets transactions. The role involves representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities and providing counsel to publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 , exchange listing standards, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in public and private offerings of securities.
• Advise publicly traded companies on compliance with federal securities laws and exchange listing standards.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

• Experience : 4-8 years for mid-level candidates or 8+ years for senior-level candidates in Securities & Capital Markets.
• License : Admission to the Tennessee is required.
• Skills :
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
