Bankruptcy Attorney

A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will handle bankruptcy matters, utilizing their legal expertise to facilitate the process on behalf of clients.

Duties

• Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings.
• Manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Proof of Claims and Motions for Relief.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Licensed with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars.
