As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience across various business lines, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating as a key member of a dynamic team focused on trust, commitment, and achieving results
- Building meaningful relationships with customers from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up
- Demonstrating proficient selling techniques across retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals
- Encouraging team collaboration and contributing positively towards achieving store sales goals and metrics
- Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and conducting merchandise stock counts
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions with customers
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to stand and walk for most of your shift
- Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting
- Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies
- Visual acuity to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
