HVAC Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a talented HVAC Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing advanced HVAC systems, optimizing energy efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role is perfect for someone who is a problem-solver, eager to manage projects from conception through to completion, and capable of delivering innovative solutions that resonate with both clients and the development team.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and enhance HVAC systems to meet energy effectiveness and performance requirements in line with client demands.
Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, client support, and project management, through all stages of project development.
Analyze system performance issues and generate innovative approaches for resolution.
Supervise project scopes, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Produce detailed technical documentation and present complex data in an understandable format to clients and team members.
Stay informed about the latest industry developments, materials, construction methodologies, and compliance regulations, applying this knowledge to drive the forefront of design and operational standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in HVAC systems.
Proven mathematical and analytical prowess with an acute attention to detail.
Hands-on experience visiting and evaluating on-site construction situations.
Proficiency in using engineering design and analysis software.
Strong foundational knowledge of construction processes, HVAC materials, and legal standards pertinent to the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly advantageous.
Experience in managing full-cycle projects in mechanical engineering within the HVAC domain.
Advanced certifications or courses related to HVAC system design and energy efficiency.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Advanced troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities.
Effective project management capabilities.
Proficient in software for design, analysis, and project planning (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MATLab).
Capability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
