There is an immediate opportunity for a Restoration/Mitigation Estimator in our office in Nampa, Idaho We are seeking a unique individual to accept the challenges of a fast paced and challenging customer-centered service environment.

Restoration/Mitigation Estimator's Responsibilities include:
- Support the Company mission, vision, and core values.
- Respond to property insurance damage claims to prepare Xactimate/Symbility estimates.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and policyholders to establish a scope of work.
- Negotiate restoration and mitigation services and insurance claim settlements.
- Effectively promote the Company brand.
- Maintain professional relationships with managed repair programs, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.
- Proven damage restoration estimating skills using Xactimate software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of residential construction.
- Intermediate computer skills with estimating software and Microsoft programs.
- Extensive Xactimate/Symbility estimating experience with a restoration company.
- IICRC restoration and mitigation certifications.
- Property damage repair and restoration- 2 years (preferred).
- Xactimate/Symbility estimating - 2 years (preferred).
- Construction estimating- 2 years (preferred).
- Construction project management- 2 years (preferred).
- High school or equivalent (required)
- English (required)
- Spanish helpful but not necessary
- Dependable- more reliable than spontaneous.
- Adaptable/flexible- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- Detail-oriented- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture.
- Detail-oriented- quality and precision-focused.
- Outcome-oriented- results-focused with strong performance culture.
- Team-oriented- cooperative and collaborative.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
