Job Overview
As Operations Manager, you'll lead and mentor our team of Superintendents, ensuring they excel in delivering a positive and memorable restoration experience. You will oversee operations, job costing, and training while working closely with other leaders to enhance processes and maintain our high standards. Your role will directly impact our clients' satisfaction and our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Train: Develop and continually train Superintendents to perform detailed walkthroughs, execute quality assurance reports, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Process Improvement: Work with leadership to refine systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service delivery.
- Accountability: Monitor KPIs, conduct weekly meetings, and provide ongoing coaching to Superintendents, ensuring everyone meets performance goals.
- Client Focus: Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction by overcoming obstacles and building strong client relationships.
- Vendor Management: Develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Allied's core values.
- Experience: 3+ years in operations management, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Values-Driven: Passionate about fostering teamwork, resourcefulness, and delivering exceptional service.
- Bonus Points: Experience with OSHA standards, CPR certification, or familiarity with restoration project KPIs.

Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
