Program Lead

Overview

The Program Lead, IMPACT DC at Children's National Hospital plays a critical role in securing funding and advancing initiatives that improve health outcomes for pediatric populations. This position is responsible for identifying grant opportunities, managing the full grants lifecycle for multiple contract awards, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance healthcare access and equity. Through collaboration with internal teams and external partners, this role supports sustainable funding and innovative population health programs.

Base pay range

$73,070.40/yr - $121,804.80/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the program by being the primary point person.
• Serve as the liaison between CNHS and external stakeholders as needed.
• Manage program-specific partnerships with various stakeholders including leadership at affiliated institutions.
• Communicate barriers, challenges and any other issues that affect progress.
• Coordinate status reports; work with project staff and stakeholders to ensure requirements are incorporated within the project design; assign work to team members to assure timely completion of milestones and deliverables; develop policies and procedures; identify and escalate issues following departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum Work Experience: 3 years Relevant work experience (Required)
• Functional Accountabilities: 1 year Relevant work experience with Masters degree (Preferred)
