Position Overview:

Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

Manage cases from intake through trial or resolution, with a strong focus on client communication and case strategy.

Conduct discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys dedicated to advancing employee rights.

Represent clients before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active New York Bar license in good standing.

4+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases independently.
