Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple intellectual property matters from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IP experience at a law firm.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science strongly preferred.
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize support staff and mentor junior associates.
