Senior Executive Recruiter, Legal & Compliance, LHH Recruitment Solutions

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-regarded law firm based in New York, in recruiting a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for their growing office on Long Island. This position is UNPOSTED and with a GREAT (repeat) client of mine!

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, specifically defending employers and individuals in federal and state employment matters involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. In the public sector, the firm also defends municipalities and public officials in federal litigation involving employment practices and policymaking.

Responsibilities include working on arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, researching and advising on labor and employment-related statutes and related-litigation. School Law or Municipal Law experience is a PLUS!

This opportunity includes a great mix of litigation AND advisory work. The firm offers great mentorship and a friendly, professional culture, with plenty of room for growth!
