Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes at both state and federal levels.
• Manage all phases of litigation: case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
