Document Review Attorney

Be among the first applicants. LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Document Review Attorney to join our dynamic team onsite in New York City. This is a full-time one-year assignment with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. Available for a meeting to further discuss the role today as this is an immediate need.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality
• Ensure accurate and timely identification of key information within documents
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide comprehensive support for ongoing cases
• Utilize legal databases and technology for efficient document review
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Ability to commit to full-time hours during the duration of the project and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• J.D. from an accredited law school required
• Barred in New York State and in good standing with the New York Bar Association
• Prior document review experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and legal databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
