People Technology Partner III

Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as a People Technology Partner III, where you'll be a key facilitator in enhancing our core HR programs through innovative system upgrades and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments as a subject matter expert, utilizing your deep understanding of both HR processes and system configurations. Your creative insights will be instrumental in continuously improving our HRIS systems.

Highlights of Your Role:

• People Technology Strategy & Collaboration: Effectively communicate HR system changes and their business implications, build robust cross-functional partnerships, consult with HR, IT, and vendors for issue resolution, and lead HR system support and troubleshooting efforts.
• System Development & Configuration: Enhance enterprise-wide HR systems for better efficiency, audit data integrity, develop and test system enhancements, and provide user support and training resources.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from planning through execution, manage milestones, and anticipate risks and resource needs.
• Additional Responsibilities: Mentor team members, influence operational plans, lead complex projects, and apply advanced technical expertise to resolve unique HR systems challenges.

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, focusing on HR Technology systems and applications.
• Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management solution, Business Intelligence, and Cognos reporting.
• A solid understanding of HR principles, programs, and data, coupled with strong communication and diplomatic skills.
• The ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
