Reports to: Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL)
Your Impact:
- Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor, adapting your service to meet their needs.
- Introduce customers to the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and assist in enrolling new members.
- Answer customer queries about products and complete transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, ensuring all areas of the store are tidy and welcoming.
- Receive incoming shipments, prepare merchandise for display, and manage stockroom organization.
- Fulfill online and in-store orders efficiently, ensuring products are prepared for pick up or delivery.
- Handle transactions precisely, adhering to DSW policies while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate teamwork, actively participate in training, and contribute positively to team meetings.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Physical ability to stand or walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, with no previous retail experience required.
Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is $15.75 to $16.75. Your actual pay rate will reflect various job-related factors such as experience, skills, and location.
