Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Identify appropriate patients for therapy and collaborate with the PT for evaluations and referrals
Work with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes for our patients
Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure timely acquisition of all required physician orders

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational abilities
