Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Evaluating and treating patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans
- Collaborating with team members to achieve excellent outcomes
- Maintaining accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards
- Ensuring all necessary physician orders are obtained and current
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the practice state
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
