Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in your state.
Your Role as a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
- Create and implement detailed treatment plans with defined goals and modalities.
- Ensure proper MD orders are secured for all evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
- Provide high-quality patient care, modifying treatments as needed while considering safety guidelines.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
