What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
- Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards
- Ensure all physician orders are current and properly processed
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
