We are currently seeking a motivated Millwright - Level 1 to contribute to our company-wide commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and become an integral part of our high-performing maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and perform maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery
Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Repair and maintain industrial equipment, including conveying systems and major machine centers like debarkers, canters, gang saws, and edgers
Utilize welding skills and operate oxy-acetylene torches
Maintain and operate various hand tools such as grinders, hydraulic presses, drill presses, and air tools
Move machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks

What You Need for Success:

Motivated self-starter who works safely in high-pressure situations
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable Millwright experience
Proficient in GMAW and SMAW welding
Experienced with cutting torch operations
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
Basic understanding of pump line-ups, sheaves, sprockets, and machine centers
Willingness to work weekends
Must pass a skills assessment, background check, reference check, drug screening, and physical
