The Retail Sales Representative is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, running cash registers, merchandising products, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with the Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty.
Efficiently manage cash register transactions with accuracy.
Become an expert on our store and inventory, familiar with our weekly deals and the value we offer.
Assist with inventory logistics and learn effective merchandising techniques.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Open to training new Associates without prior retail experience.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
Possess a positive attitude and a desire to serve customers.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
