Logistics Analyst

Our client a top fashion company is looking for a Logistics Analyst in Groveport, OH!
Responsibilities:
US Outbound Transportation (60%)

• Provide on-site supervision of daily outbound transportation activities at the Groveport, OH 3PL facility.
• Report directly to the Sr. Manager, US/CA Outbound Transportation (remote), while collaborating closely with the broader transportation team.
• Partner with the 3PL's routing lead to ensure timely and accurate routing for prepaid freight.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues as they arise, leveraging on-site presence to drive quick resolutions.
• Support operational excellence initiatives by monitoring execution and escalating issues as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to team on key projects and ad hoc needs.

3PL Operations Support (40%)

• Provide general operational support for Groveport DC Director.
• Standardize operational reporting and facilitate in executing ad hoc reporting requests.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics and support the Groveport operations team in resolving issues and driving performance.
• Assist in preparing business performance materials, including monthly business reviews and key performance updates.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner effectively across on-site and remote teams.
• Experience working with 3PLs or transportation providers preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to distill data into insights for leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
