LOA Coverage School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Lake Oswego, OR | $68/hr!
Pay: Local: $68/hr; Travel: $38/hr + $35/hr Travel Stipend (Meals & Lodging)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week Start Date: September 22, 2025 Duration: 6 weeks (anticipated end date: November 7, 2025; potential for extension) Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Amergis is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave of absence coverage within the Lake Oswego School District. This full-time, in-person role supports elementary-aged students and involves managing a caseload of approximately 29 students.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct student evaluations
- Provide therapy services per individualized plans of care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with school staff and families
- Case management for approximately 29 elementary students
Minimum Requirements
- Active Oregon SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Ability to work in person for the duration of the assignment
- CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
