Compensation: Up to $2,250 per week (based on experience)
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a top-tier healthcare partner in Salem, OR. This assignment offers the opportunity to advance your PT career while exploring the natural beauty and vibrant community of Oregon's capital city.
Job Description
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical function and mobility needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to deliver comprehensive care
- Document all patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current Oregon PT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
