Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our technical operations and infrastructure. This role is pivotal in transitioning our IT capabilities from vendor-dependent to a robust internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft 365 and multi-location IT support, with the ability to grow into a strategic leadership position. This position is critical for managing our IT infrastructure across 40+ clinics.

Rate: $68 - $77 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on technical tasks to support and manage IT infrastructure.
• Lead the transition from vendor-dependent IT services to an internal team.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management.
• Coordinate IT support across multiple locations and ensure seamless operations.
• Interface with practice management and financial systems for integration.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
