Senior Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store to drive maximum sales and profitability. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in store operations.
• Develop staff to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for up to 8+ hours; able to lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders as needed.
• Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
