Sales Operations Contractor

12 month W2 Contract

Hybrid 3X per week in San Jose

We are seeking skilled Sales Operations contractors (ET & PT Time zones preferred) to support our companys ongoing transformation towards a Recurring Revenue Operating Model based on Unified iACV metrics. These three roles ideally have a solid understanding of Ciscos GTM motions, recurring revenue portfolios, sales operations, and renewal processes. They will contribute across multiple workstreams to ensure readiness for the 2HFY26 Recurring Revenue Operating Model Pilot and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Data & Analytics, GTM Strategy & Planning, and Renewals to drive alignment across GTM initiatives
• Support planning and execution of the GTM Recurring Revenue project workstreams
• Assist with the processes required for Baseline ATR validation by the Sales field
• Coordinate GTM UAT efforts for Unified iACV metrics across opportunity management, data, and tools
• Drive execution to ensure holistic readiness for the 2HFY26 Recurring Revenue Operating Model Pilot
• Support GTM readiness for the transition to Pre-Offer Attribution
• Ad hoc analysis to help support GTM decision making
• Support broader team across multiple workstreams covering opportunity management, tool/capability enhancements, shift to pre-offer attribution, UAT, and more

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions within Cisco or comparable organizations
• Deep expertise in recurring revenue and renewal metrics, including iACV, ARR, and renewal rates
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
