Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee daily operations within the retail dining spaces at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing workflows, and driving financial performance across multiple outlets. The Operations Manager will work closely with culinary, patient services, and supply chain teams to provide a high-quality dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

Oversee daily operations across multiple retail dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflows.

Collaborate with culinary, patient services, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality dining experience.

Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.

Lead and develop frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
