Work Environment:
This position is ideal for those who value autonomy . You will provide therapy services in patients' homes, which requires travel within a designated area. As an At-Home Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment for learning and skill development. Typically, you will work with one to two patients daily, Monday through Friday, during treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, or full day from 8am to 5pm with an hour for transitions.
What you will be doing:
- Travel to Clients' Homes: Enjoy meeting families in their comfortable settings and commute to patient homes, sometimes requiring travel up to 45 minutes each way.
- Work Independently: We value self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work and enjoy managing their caseload effectively.
- Apply ABA Therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential .
- Support children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years) in their development.
- Data Collection: Implement individualized treatment plans for each child and gather data on their progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work with like-minded professionals committed to our core values.
- Use your personal vehicle for patient appointments, ensuring timely arrival and focus during therapy sessions.
What we offer:
Pay scales depend on your experience and completed education:
- Associates/High School Diploma: $15.50 - $23.50
- Bachelor's Degree: $16.50 - $25.50
- Master's Degree: $17.50 - $27.00
*Entry-level candidates will receive their first raise after certification as an RBT, typically within 45 days.
- An additional $2.00/hr premium pay on top of base wages.

- Previous roles: Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher.
- Mental Health/Autism advocacy experience, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians.
- Experience as Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, or Sunday School Teacher.
- Degrees in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology (any college degree is preferred).
- Roles as Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, or Life Skills Assistants.
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and supporting their families is essential.
- A willingness to be part of a caring and team-oriented culture is key.
- Reliability and commitment are necessary, including dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.
