Your Responsibilities Include:

Delivering physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinating evaluations with the PT
Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
Maintaining documentation that meets all regulatory standards
Ensuring all necessary physician orders are current and accurate

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
