Responsibilities

• As a Director in FP&A Operations, set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain executive-level client relations.
• Promote innovative solutions that align with corporate goals and quality/integrity standards.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and drive operational efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and team development.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Experience leading planning processes and budget forecasting
• Thought leadership in financial system implementations and FP&A technologies (e.g., Oracle PBCS, OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik)
• Experience integrating operational data into planning and designing enterprise reporting strategies
• Understanding of AI, data warehouses, ERPs/general ledger, and EPM
• Leadership of teams to deliver projects and client outcomes
• Coding experience and/or Python skills

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range.
