Finance SAP Project User
Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 8 months
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
As Finance SAP Project User, you will be:
- Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet those needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management.
- Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolve them.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support.
- Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
- Support on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules.
- Required 3-5 years of experience in project management or business analysis role thorough understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $58- $60 Per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
