Join our team as a Bilingual Store Associate, where you will play a key role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries about our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and works diligently to meet sales goals while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
You will help maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store, keeping up with the latest product features. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engaging with customers in-person and via phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building productive and trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas.
- Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting in deliveries when required.
- Keeping assigned areas in stock and presentable.
- Staying informed about the products we offer and discussing options with customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales.
Your role will require interaction with customers of all ages and involve access to cash and payment methods, so a review of criminal history is necessary for the safety of our team and customers.
The selected candidate will work at stores within 5-10 miles of store #5071, located at: 740 Route 70 West, Marlton, NJ 08053.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least a High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
