YOUR ROLE:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages with a variety of healthcare needs. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, you'll diagnose, treat, and educate patients while maintaining the highest standard of care. PRN team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis, offering you flexibility in your work life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients, visitors, and coworkers.
Provide friendly, accessible patient care for those seeking health-related services.
Lead and support during emergencies with a calm and soothing demeanor.
Conduct medical assessments and treatment for primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and more.
Perform various medical procedures, including laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage.
Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care for patients.
Oversee on-site lab work, x-rays, and other medical services as applicable.
Maintain clinical competency and engage in ongoing education and training.
Support the development and revision of operational policies affecting medical practice and patient satisfaction.
Participate in educational programs for staff and contribute to center growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
We welcome experienced providers, as well as new graduates. To be successful in this role, you must have:

State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant
Certification as an APRN through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
DEA license or willingness to obtain upon hire
DOT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
BLS certification
