ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril's Design Team is seeking an Environmental/Retail Designer to join our team. You will be conceptualizing, designing, and executing on Anduril's environmental identity, globally. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of spatial design, scale, and layout. If you are passionate about translating visual identity into meaningful, immersive physical spaces, then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conceptualize and execute environmental graphics across offices, trade shows, and campaign activations
Support conceptual development of spatial designs using sketches, prototypes, CMF finishes, and digital visualization
Drive projects from conceptual development through production and installation
Collaborate with function leads across facilities, vendors, and brand partners
Craft exec-level presentations to communicate visual direction
Develop, maintain, and distribute program documentation, guidelines, and technical files
Partner with Creative Operations to facilitate projects and deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years professional experience in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Retail Design, Architectural Design, or equivalent
Deep understanding of scale, form, and materials
Strong ability to execute visual concepts and iterate from technical descriptions
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization a plus
A portfolio that demonstrates environmental concepts and strong graphic design fundamentals in composition, hierarchy, color, typography, scale, and layout
A team player who brings a unique sense of aesthetics and passion
Deep attention to detail
Must work on-site in Costa Mesa, Ca
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range $90,000-$135,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
