Role: Cleaning Staff Member

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Document cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies required.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Able to work around cleaning products safely.
- Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Residency within the service area is required.
