Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in keeping our car wash operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will assist the Car Wash Leader/Manager in maintaining exemplary standards of cleanliness and appearance of our car wash facility. Responsibilities:
- Keep the car wash clean and organized by regularly cleaning facilities, equipment, exterior grounds, and vacuum areas.
- Ensure all equipment is operational, troubleshoot any issues, or submit a Service Channel ticket for repairs.
- Greet all customers warmly to ensure they feel welcome and assist them with questions regarding the car wash services.
- Address customer complaints and daily operational issues calmly and fairly.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and effectively use automated equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily tasks.
- Be cross-trained to assist in retail operations, greeting and serving guests, operating registers, stocking shelves, and supporting the Store Manager.
Working Relationships: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, Car Wash Leader, Car Wash Manager, Car Wash Program Manager, District Manager, store team members, and various vendors.
Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: At least 3 months as a Guest Service Associate with EG America or prior car wash experience
Preferred Experience: 6-12 months in car wash, retail, guest service, or restaurant positions
Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Hours & Conditions:
This position may be full-time or part-time with varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as our locations may operate 24 hours.
Travel: Up to 5% to cover other locations as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours a day, lift up to 40 lbs, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and work in colder temperatures.
