Behavior Analyst Assistant-BCaBA

- Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
- Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
- Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
- Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral or ABA is required. This may include disciplines such as mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, or occupational therapy.
- Supervised clinical experience of Coursework: Candidates should have completed at least 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or the equivalent in documented coursework.
- This experience of coursework should be directly related to:
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Diagnostics
- Developmental and Behavioral Treatment Strategies
- Mental Health
- BCABA Certification: Candidates "actively" working toward BCaBA certification with documented fieldwork supervision will also be considered.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience working with special populations, including crisis prevention, staff training, and development
- Valid driver's license, Current registration, and insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- A compassionate and reliable attitude with a commitment to quality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavior principles, program development, and monitoring techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation and patience
- Collaborative and creative approach to employee training.
