About the Role
Join us as a Backend Engineer to develop innovative voice-powered communication solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing backend systems that drive intelligent, AI-based voice interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend systems for AI-driven voice applications.
- Create and implement REST/gRPC APIs and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate machine learning and voice technologies.
- Ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
- Optimize infrastructure design across cloud environments.
- Candidates must be residing in USA.
- Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience in designing and managing distributed backend systems.
- Understanding of system design principles, asynchronous/event-driven architectures, and queuing systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to thrive in a collaborative, product-focused environment.
- Experience with voice or LLM-enabled systems such as STT, TTS, WebRTC, Twilio, or LiveKit.
- Familiarity with machine learning pipeline orchestration and inference workflows.
- Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Previous collaboration with ML engineers for deployment and observability.
