Location: Durham, NC Remote allowed

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in testing and familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.

Selenium, API testing, JIRA, Gen AI & Open Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver test scripts in Java using the TestNG framework, streamlining API testing across applications.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to gather test requirements, execute test cases, and track issues using JIRA.

Perform R&D on GenAI tools like Regression Test Case Predictor to enhance testing workflows, increasing team productivity.

Perform functional and regression testing to maintain 100% quality.

Implement automated health checks to monitor daily application performance and detect early build issues.

Migrate Blue Connect app to OpenShift cloud; integrated Light Regression Suites for PR triggered test executions.

Integrate regression test suite into CI/CD pipelines.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 07/29/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477$92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
